Here Comes Giambi

Jason Giambi has had a resurgence this year after many analysts thought his career might be over. He’s kind of a one trick pony: Similar to Kevin Millar, he crushes the inside fastball. He is looking to hit that upper deck in right field every time. But if you pitch him away he struggles. He is not like Derek Jeter who can put an inside out swing on a pitch away from him. Pitch away to the largest part of the ballpark.
